I’ve witnessed the undercurrents of politics and pretense that often shape the modern workplace. Early on, I understood that I could not participate in anything less than integritous. So I chose a different way. In the early 2000s, I began crafting a work life that honored my values and protected my peace. By 2014, I had formally established a company focused on project management, process design, and talent acquisition. As a consultant and contractor, I’ve delivered results without compromising belief, proving that excellence and ethics are not mutually exclusive.
Today, my team and I serve as the consultative arm of AYSION—the Global GovCon Network, partnering with clients who value truth, precision, and purpose. We specialize in strategic clarity, operational excellence, and emotionally intelligent communication across federal contracting, compliance strategy, and executive operations. My faith remains the cornerstone of all I do. God has guided my family with grace and favor. My children, now thriving spiritually and professionally, are living testimonies of His goodness.
